Hongtei Eric Tseng received his Ph.D. degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994 in Mechanical Engineering. In 1994, he joined Ford Motor Company. His previous work includes low pressure tire warning system using wheel speed sensors; traction control; Electronic Stability Control (ESC), and Roll Stability Control (RSC). His current interest includes both powertrain and vehicle dynamics control. He is currently a Technical Leader in Ford Research and Innovation Center.
