Received the MSc in Electronics in 1985 and completed his PhD studies in 1989, both c/o Politecnico di Torino (Italy). Employed in Fiat Research Centre since 1991, expert in robust control, modelling and identification, has actively contributed in the most of automotive research projects developed here in these years, with concern to control system architecture and design.

Actually he is responsible of Advanced Control Engineering (Active Systems) and presides over the disciplinary problems regarding the automatic controls developed at the Vehicle Systems division.

Author (or co-author) of about 40 scientific articles and of 6 international patents in Automotive Control. Chair of vehicle control expert's Club of Fiat Research Centre.
